Doors open, sailor to sailor.
Nargusta is a free, non-commercial hospitality network for sailors. Phone-verified members offer one another club access, moorings and dock space, crew, berths, or a day sail, and a welcome ashore, and every accepted request produces a letter of introduction.

Questions, answered
What is a letter of introduction?
When a host accepts a request, Nargusta issues a digital letter of introduction naming both sailors, their declared clubs, and who vouches for them. It is a record and a reference in the Corinthian spirit, not a pass: hosts always decide, and it does not replace a formal letter from a club.
What does Nargusta cost?
Nothing. Nargusta is free and non-commercial: no fees, no bookings, no commissions. Every privilege is offered freely, on honor.
Is this like Couchsurfing for sailors?
It is a fair comparison with one difference: Nargusta is built on the reciprocal tradition of yacht and sailing clubs. Members are phone-verified, vouched by fellow sailors, and every guest arrives introduced, not anonymous.
How is trust established?
Phone verification confirms a member is a real, reachable person. Vouches from fellow sailors and peer confirmation of club membership build standing from there, and every member subscribes to the Corinthian Code at signup.
Can I find crew, berths, or a day sail?
Yes. Members offer crew, berths, or a day sail under the P flag: local boats looking for hands, visiting hands looking for a boat.
What is a passage?
Post where you are sailing from and to, with dates, and members along your route can raise a hand to host before you arrive.
